Masterplan study Těšnov Park presented

30 October 2022

We are pleased to present the recently completed study for Tesnov Park, Prague. This design was carried out by LOLA Landscape Architects + M2AU + de Architekten Cie., following the team’s participation in the Florenc 21 masterplan competition of 2021 organized by ON Plan.

In the context of the Park of Tesnov and the North-South Arterial Road, the purpose of the conceptual architectural and landscape study is to set objectives and determine direction for the transformation. An inspiring document that touches on every aspect of the site in the context of the Tesnov area. This leads to improving the quality of public space in the center of the city.

Our team‘s Tesnov Park masterplan study will serve as the basis for further discussion and elaboration. It forms the starting point for wider consultation, professional debate, and public involvement that should lead to a shared ambition, vision and plan. This study weaves economic, ecological, social, and sustainable factors together in a beautiful way.
