CR Land Outstanding Product Award Haitang River Park

29 January 2026

On January 19, China Resources Land held its third High-Quality Conference and Outstanding Product Awards ceremony in Shenzhen, themed ‘Shaping the Future’. LOLA Landscape Architects has been honored with the ‘High-Quality Design Award’ for its Haitang River Park Phase II design.

Rooted in principles of ecology, water management, and microclimatic design, this landscape goes beyond traditional public space. The park offers a layered experience through shaded walking routes, interactive environmental elements, and sensory gardens that encourage meaningful engagement with nature.

Together, these components form a resilient and thriving ecosystem—enhancing biodiversity while strengthening the city’s capacity to adapt to the challenges of a changing climate.
